The probability of emergencies (incidents) related to aviation incidents and disruptions in the operation of airports and helicopter pads remains (Source of emergencies (incidents) – wind gusts up to 15-16 m/s). Recommended preventive measures for the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, local government bodies, heads of ministries, departments, and organizations (due to unfavorable meteorological phenomena): organize preventive measures to reduce the risk of emergencies; ensure timely information to the population about forecasted meteorological phenomena, the threat of emergencies, and actions to be taken; pay special attention to timely notification and informing the population, as well as working with the media; check the readiness of temporary accommodation points; together with organizations servicing the housing stock, conduct explanatory work with consumers (subscribers) of natural gas on the use of gas in everyday life and maintaining their gas equipment in good condition, carry out measures to ensure the safe operation of gas equipment; organize the dissemination of forecast information to the heads of institutions with a large number of children, organizers of excursion and tourist routes, with the necessary preventive measures to reduce the risk of emergencies; organize the implementation of measures in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 08.12.2025 No. 1059 "On measures to prevent the negative impact of floodwaters and its consequences during the flood period of 2026 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan"; organize necessary preventive measures aimed at the safe passage of the spring flood: updating existing and creating new drainage channels and drainage systems to divert meltwater from residential houses, clearing and repairing water-passing pipes to increase their capacity, creating a necessary reserve of inert materials (sandbags, gravel, PGS) for the construction of temporary protective structures; organize the implementation of measures in accordance with the order of the KChS and OPB of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 10.02.2026 No. 04-26r "On additional measures to ensure fire safety for the population and territories of the Republic of Tatarstan, reducing the number of fires in everyday life and the deaths of people in them"; ensure control over the movement of organized groups of children by car, bus (school) transport; organize work with the media, including official websites of municipal formations, to inform the population about fire safety measures and fire prevention.
