A meeting of the commission for juvenile affairs and the protection of their rights took place in Kaibitsy.

      The commission meeting was chaired by the deputy chair of the commission — the deputy head of the district executive committee for social issues, Fania Petukhova. The deputy prosecutor of the district, Ayrat Sadikov, and commission members — representatives of preventive bodies — participated in it. Parents and their children who committed offenses were invited to the meeting. Among the offenses were minors being in public places after 10 PM without adult supervision, theft of a phone, and resolving conflicts with fists. Teachers from the schools where these children study came with characteristics on the minors. Three administrative protocols were reviewed at the meeting, drawn up for the improper performance of parental duties in raising minors (under part 1 of article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and seven protocols for failing to ensure measures to prevent harm to children's health and development (under part 1 of article 3.11 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan). A thorough conversation took place with the minors, where the reasons that led them to commit offenses were clarified. Parents were urged to take a more responsible approach to raising their children, to monitor their whereabouts outside the home, and to be aware of their circle of friends and interests. As a result of the meeting, the commission members made a decision — to fine the parents of four children with an administrative fine of one thousand rubles, while the other parents received a warning. Two resolutions on the refusal to initiate a criminal case and three petitions from the municipal social rehabilitation council regarding making the right decision, transferring the family to the final stage of control patronage, and removing the family from interdepartmental accounting due to achieving positive results were also considered.
