It is known that part of the sentence in this colony was served by the former head of the FSS for RT, convicted for bribery, Pavel Lokhanov, "quarterly" Irek Ganeev, found guilty of organizing the murder of the director of the municipal enterprise "Vodokanal" Grigory Arutyunov in 2004. Igor Bogachenko, who robbed a Sberbank vehicle and later died in the ranks of the Wagner PMC in the SVO zone, was also held here. Even earlier, the former head of the Verkhneuslonsky district, Alexander Timofeev, served time here for bribery and worked as a librarian.
