       The implementation of this initiative will begin in the Kazan district of Azino. Here, specialists will install "smart" intercoms with built-in cameras and voice control.

       In 90 houses in the Azino microdistrict of Kazan, intercoms will be updated, replacing old devices with IP gadgets Secret Top that have more modern functionality. As reported by "Evening Kazan," citing data from the city administration's press service, the new features include opening doors during emergencies, notifying the population, remote access, visitor recording, and information transmission to special services. The high-tech tool also allows doors to be opened by voice or via Bluetooth mode, as well as receiving color images from cameras even at night. In addition, drivers in Azino will be pleased with "smart" barriers with vehicle recognition functions. Shelters will have sensors that will notify management companies in case of flooding or accidents on networks. As noted by the head of the Information Technology and Communications Department of the Kazan Executive Committee, Ilshat Salimzyanov, the positive effect of modern technologies on ensuring the comfort and safety of citizens can be seen in the example of Azino. For residents, the installation will be free, and the subscription fee and its increase can only be agreed upon at a meeting of owners, the source notes. Currently, the intercom is mainly paid for at 55 rubles, and the "smart" barrier – 33 rubles. To date, smart gadgets have already been installed in 1882 houses in the city. Recently, it was reported that students were evacuated from a school in Kazan due to a short circuit. Arriving specialists determined that the short circuit occurred at the electrical panel without subsequent burning, and the smoke was eliminated.
