       Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan have started to build brick houses en masse: since the beginning of this year, more than 7 thousand new constructions have already been registered in the republic.

       According to the results of the first three months of this year, 7,183 residential houses have been registered in the cadastral account in Tatarstan, with a total area of almost 980 thousand square meters. This was reported by the regional office of Rosreestr, writes "Tatar-inform". According to the agency, residents of the republic most often choose brick for house construction, having built more than 4 thousand individual housing construction objects with a total area of approximately 570 thousand square meters. Wood is used less frequently as a construction material (820 houses), while block constructions have been registered in only 188 units. In terms of the number of floors, single-story buildings lead – 4,987 have been registered. Next are two-story buildings – 2,072, and then three-story buildings (124). As stated by the deputy head of the Rosreestr office for the Republic of Tatarstan, Niyaz Galiakbarov, interest among residents in acquiring or building country real estate traditionally increases during the spring period. For this reason, many start building houses in the spring. He clarified that the principle of "built – registered" has been introduced in the republic, according to which, before the object is put into operation, it is registered and all necessary data is entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN). If this condition is not met, the house will not be connected to utilities, and it also does not grant the right to dispose of the property. In addition, the fact of registration provides legal protection in case of possible disputes. It was previously reported that in Tatarstan, specialists registered more than 700 new trademarks by the end of the year.
