      Russian tourists abroad are facing access issues with domestic online services. As reported by "Kommersant," complaints are coming from popular destinations — Turkey, Egypt, and Thailand. When connecting to hotel Wi-Fi or local mobile networks, state portals, banking applications, marketplaces, and booking services stop opening, reports Ъ. Arthur Muradyan, Vice President of ATOR, noted that the problem is not yet systemic, but its scale is gradually increasing. According to him, in the fight against the use of bypass services, access to most informational and tourist resources remains blocked. He recommended that tourists have a Russian SIM card with sufficient traffic volume to, for example, purchase additional bookings or change tickets.

      Muradyan added that since April 17, the Max platform has also started blocking operations upon detecting bypass services, which complicates communication abroad.
