"A criminal case was initiated against him for attempted murder, but it was terminated on non-rehabilitating grounds, namely due to the failure to reach the age of criminal responsibility. "They talk about their peers who bully them and the constant harassment that led them to commit the crime. Some mention problems in their relationships with parents – none of the detainees shared their problems with them, citing a lack of understanding. Unable to find effective means of protection and support, these young people turned to the internet, where they found like-minded individuals on resources promoting Columbine*," he added. Earlier, "Tatar-inform" reported that in the morning at Lyceum No. 37 in Nizhnekamsk, a 13-year-old student attacked a cleaner with a knife and injured her hand. The mayor reported that the teenager, a 7th-grade student, was promptly detained by police and Rosgvardiya officers.
