Personnel centers: through updates – to new heights

      35th Anniversary of the Establishment of the State Employment Service

      The Employment Service celebrates its 35th anniversary since its founding. During this time, it has come a long way, becoming a center of competencies and career assistance, a good support for employers. In Tatarstan, as in a number of other regions, employment centers now operate under the new brand "Personnel Centers 'Work of Russia'": but this is not just a change of signage, but a complete reboot of activities. The employees of the employment service of the republic have a businesslike approach to everything: even the celebration of this significant date was combined with work moments: at the Kazan KSK UNIKS, the Regional Stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair was held simultaneously with the celebration.

      In the hall, in honor of this significant event, gathered the heads and specialists of the Personnel Centers, industry veterans, participants of the Special Military Operation, who interacted with the employment service after returning home. Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Kamaltynov addressed the attendees with words of congratulations: "Current employees of the employment service, esteemed veterans, participants of the special military operation! On behalf of the leadership of the republic, allow me to sincerely congratulate you on this wonderful day, holiday, celebration. 35 years is a long time. Moreover, during this period, so much has happened in our lives, in the life of the country, and in the life of your service, which has always been there for people, for those who needed support, and always, to the best of its ability, your service provided this assistance. And, looking back, you realize how much has been done. Today, it does not matter where you enter the employment service or, as it is now called, the personnel center: whether it is Kazan, Chally, Bugulma, Apastovo, Kukmor – a person will receive the entire necessary set of services. He knows how he will be greeted, he knows what he can get there. For us, older generations, many events are memorable, including how this service was created. I would like to express special words of gratitude to those who started it. This is Damir Kayumovich Kayumov, Boris Fedorovich Zakharov. Then young professionals took over, who came to the merged services of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic. I want to sincerely congratulate everyone involved in today's event, and to those who continue to work in this field, I wish optimism, confidence, and, of course, success."

      The Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of Tatarstan, Elmira Zaripova, addressed her colleagues and veterans of the social and labor sphere with the warmest words: "Dear friends, esteemed colleagues, I am glad to see you in this beautiful hall! A low bow to our veterans!

      We tried to gather all those who have led the employment service in the Republic of Tatarstan over these 35 years, those who, in the difficult 1990s, worked with employers and helped people find their place in this life. I, of course, thank all of you, our esteemed colleagues, with whom we walk hand in hand today. Indeed, your work is not always noticeable, but you help a person find their first job, help young people, help mothers who are on maternity leave to acquire a new profession, gain new knowledge, and you closely interact with employers, sometimes perhaps knowing more about their staffing problems than they realize from their side. Today, we have a big task of adapting the participants of the special military operation to peaceful life, those who have honorably and courageously fulfilled their civic patriotic duty. I believe that all the tasks before us will undoubtedly be accomplished. I wish you new professional achievements, success, and all the best, prosperity to you!"

      A large concert dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the employment service included a ceremony to award the best specialists of the republican employment service – they were awarded honorary titles and gratitude. Also, as part of the program, the results of the professional skills competition "Best in Profession" in the nomination "Second Start," aimed at supporting veterans of the special military operation in professional adaptation, were summarized. It was organized by the Personnel Center "Work of Russia" of the Republic of Tatarstan in conjunction with Kazan Federal University – the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration. The defense of works took place the day before. In the first stage, participants presented presentations in which they talked about their professional paths, shared practical skills and professional approaches to work. In the second part, the contestants underwent testing, which included questions on labor protection and interaction with personnel centers. The competition became a platform not only for assessing professional skills but also for supporting participants in the adaptation process, exchanging experiences, establishing new business contacts, and seeking further career opportunities. Following the competitive trials, the jury noted the high level of preparation of the participants and decided to identify not three, as planned, but four finalists. And at the solemn event, the winners and prizewinners received well-deserved awards, thus confirming their high level of preparation and motivation. Vladimir Pavlenkov took first place, Anvar Mukhametzyanov took second place, while Rasul Taspenov and Ildar Gayazov shared third place.

      The concert program itself was prepared in collaboration with Kazan Federal University. University students showcased bright creative performances: dances, vocals, and stage productions. And the Personnel Center "Work of Russia" of Tatarstan presented its anthem. The final chord was the performance of the People's Artist of Tatarstan Elmira Kalimullina, who delighted everyone with her beautiful voice.

      ...The anniversary has passed, and the specialists of the employment service are already counting the days until the next period. Their work is not just the fulfillment of official duties, but a true calling that requires sensitivity, professionalism, and generosity of spirit. Every day they help people find their way, gain confidence in tomorrow, realize their professional skills and talents. Thanks to their activities, thousands of people have the opportunity to work, develop, and feel needed by society.
