The final of the "Miss and Mrs. Business Tatarstan - 2026" competition took place in Kazan.

      On April 23, the final of the "Miss and Mrs. Business Tatarstan – 2026" competition took place at the Korston Club Hotel Kazan – the regional stage of the all-Russian project "Miss and Mrs. Business Russia." The event gathered 1,000 spectators and became a significant event in the business and public life of the republic. The final featured 25 female entrepreneurs representing various sectors of the economy: industry and metalworking, equipment supply, education, dentistry, cosmetology, psychology, floristry, decor, PR, and marketing. The competition lasted for one and a half months and included four stages, during which the participants sequentially revealed their professional and personal qualities. A separate part of the project was an educational block consisting of ten master classes from experts on key business management areas: strategy, marketing, public communications, personal branding, project management, and development. As part of the program, the contestants participated in business meetings, networking, and joint activities, which contributed to the formation of new business connections. "Behind each participant stands not only a business but also a personal story – with its challenges, growth, and decisions. These stories are very different, but each has dignity, inner strength, and a path. That is why the participants become examples for many women – in Tatarstan and far beyond its borders," noted the regional director of the competition, Yulia Tarasova. Special attention in the project is given to issues of corporate social responsibility. Many participants implement initiatives in the fields of education, charity, and local community development. Thus, the competition promotes the popularization of the principles of responsible entrepreneurship and the ESG approach, where business is viewed as a tool for sustainable societal development. The final of the competition was held in the format of a ceremonial event. The audience was presented with: a parade of participants, maintained in the spirit of elegance and business aesthetics; evening looks; creative performances and a show program. The highlight of the evening was the awarding of crowns and prizes to the winners. The director of the all-Russian competition "Miss and Mrs. Business Russia," Irina Gogol, participated in the final. She noted the high level of organization and preparation of the participants, emphasizing that Tatarstan today is one of the most actively developing platforms for the project in Russia. According to her, the region can be considered as a venue for holding the final of the all-Russian competition in the future. The organizers of the regional stage reported that they are ready to consider this initiative. One of the co-organizers of the competition, the holder of the title "Mrs. Business Russia – Gold," Olga Glukhova, emphasized the systematic approach to preparing the participants. "We always execute the project at the highest possible level – without compromises and without small details. The participants feel this, grow, and reach another level. Therefore, strong, prepared girls go to the all-Russian stage from Tatarstan – and that is why we take victories. Tatarstan today is one of the strongest regions in this project, and we are truly proud of it," she said.
