      This Wednesday, April 29, at 17:29, an accident occurred at the intersection of Daurian and Guard streets, with subsequent pedestrian injuries, reports the traffic police of Kazan.

      According to preliminary data, the driver of the "Haval" car, while turning left onto Daurian from Guard street at a "green" light, violated the rules and did not yield to the oncoming "Lada." The domestic car was hit at speed by the front part of the foreign car and, losing control, flew off the road directly onto the sidewalk. There, it struck a 55-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman who were about to cross the road and were waiting for the traffic light to turn green for them. As a result of the collision, the pedestrians sustained various injuries and were taken to the RKB. A procedural check is currently being conducted regarding the accident itself.
