      In the Zainsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the results of the service activities of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate units for the first quarter of 2026 were summarized. The best traffic police crew in the entire region was recognized as the employees of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Zainsk district — police lieutenants Robert Kleymenov and Mikhail Kuzmin. The solemn award ceremony took place at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Zainsk district. The award was presented to the distinguished inspectors by Dmitry Kukharkin, a representative of the Veterans Council of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. The veteran thanked the lieutenants for their high professionalism, vigilance, and effective work in ensuring safety on the roads. When selecting the best, a whole range of indicators was evaluated: the effectiveness of identifying and suppressing administrative offenses, the detection of crimes on the patrol route, as well as accident-free operation and the absence of justified complaints from road users. Dmitry Kukharkin, addressing the personnel, noted that such results are an example of selfless service to the law and a worthy continuation of the traditions laid down by the generation of veterans of the service. The inspectors themselves modestly noted that their main goal is not so much awards as peace and order on the roads of Zainsk.
