      The joyful ride of a 27-year-old "Niva" driver in the center of Kazan ended with an administrative penalty for him. This was reported by the city traffic police. According to the agency, the incident occurred on the evening of May 1 near house No. 34 on Levo-Bulachnaya. The man was transporting a young passenger who was leaning out of the car's hatch on the roof. The young man was demonstratively greeting other road users. Bystanders filmed the incident, and the video went viral on social media. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the driver for transporting people outside the vehicle's cabin, as well as for violating seat belt regulations, the statement said. The offender admitted his guilt and expressed remorse for his actions.
