Minnikhanov: "Support for participants of the SVO should be without formalism and bureaucracy."
In Tatarstan, support measures for participants of the special military operation and their families must be implemented without bureaucratic delays and a formal approach. This was stated by the Head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, at a meeting of the republican organizing committee for events dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory and the Year of Military and Labor Valor. Special attention, according to him, should be paid to assisting the families of deceased participants of the special operation, as well as to the employment issues of demobilized and returning servicemen. "We have developed numerous support measures – medical, social, and rehabilitative. All relevant institutions must ensure the immediate provision of necessary assistance to participants of the special military operation – without any bureaucracy and formalism. Every appeal from a combatant must be considered very carefully and promptly. And, of course, all these issues – I appeal to the heads of municipal entities – must be under your control," emphasized Minnikhanov. Separately, the Head of Tatarstan addressed the topic of creating a memorial zone in memory of the participants of the special military operation. According to him, this project requires thorough development and timely execution. "The memorial complex must be worthy. The administrations [of Kazan and the Head of Tatarstan] need to keep this issue under control and ensure the quality execution of all works," he stated.
