In the Heroes Park of Vvedenskaya Sloboda, the memory of the fallen was honored.

      The village of Vvedenskaya Sloboda gathered in the new Heroes Park on Victory Day. A solemn rally took place at the monument to fallen soldiers. Residents, schoolchildren, guests, and representatives of local organizations came to express their gratitude to those who defended freedom. Speakers congratulated everyone on the Great Victory, thanked the mothers of participants in the special military operation, and acknowledged those who help send humanitarian aid to the front lines.

      In Vvedenskaya Sloboda, May 9 did not start with a parade or fireworks, but with a quiet yet very important event. People gathered at the monument to fallen soldiers in the new Heroes Park. The location was chosen deliberately — here, in the shade of trees, where recent landscaping has been completed, the connection between generations is particularly felt. Villagers, schoolchildren, representatives of local organizations, and simply guests came together to honor the memory of those who defended the peaceful sky at the cost of their lives.

      The first to address the gathering was the deputy head of the district, Sergey Osyanin. He congratulated everyone on Victory Day on his behalf and on behalf of the head of the district. Special warm words were directed to the head of the rural settlement for assistance in organizing and sending humanitarian aid to the zone of the special military operation, as well as for creating the new Heroes Park in the village. Such places of memory are needed today more than ever. Here, people can come with their children, explain to them what war is, and show that the heroism is not forgotten.

      Next, the head of the rural settlement, Dmitry Morozov, took the floor. He spoke not only about the distant events of the 1940s but also about the present day. About those who are currently risking their lives to protect the interests of the country. Morozov thanked all the mothers whose sons are participating in the special military operation. These are the women who do not close their eyes every night and pray for the return of their boys. Words of gratitude to them are the least that can be done today. The head of the settlement wished everyone health and the peaceful sky that the veterans earned in '45, which their grandchildren and great-grandchildren are now defending.

      Then there was silence. A short minute of silence when everyone thought about their own. About those who lie in mass graves. About those who returned and can no longer come. About those who are currently in the trenches. And then people began to approach the eternal flame with flowers and wreaths — all of this was laid at the foot of the monument as a promise not to forget.

      After the official part, it was time for the concert. Students from the local school prepared a program dedicated to this sacred day. The children recited poems, sang songs from the war years, and tears welled up in the eyes of the adults. Because when a nine-year-old boy solemnly recites lines about war, when a girl in a white apron sings "Katyusha," it becomes clear: the memory is alive. And no attempts to rewrite history will take this away.

      The deputy head of the district and the head of the rural settlement emphasized once again: the Great Victory is not just a date on the calendar. It is a living memory that unites everyone, regardless of age and profession. It teaches us to value peace, respect our elders, and inspires us to act honorably.
