      The brick building of the zemstvo pharmacy from the late 19th century (Sverdlova St., 13) with an area of 394.5 square meters and a land plot of 1043 square meters is planned to be auctioned in July.

      The preliminary date for the auction of the two-story brick Shitukhin House from the early 20th century (Sverdlova St., 61) with an area of 969.4 square meters and a plot of 1381 square meters is still unknown, as the property is being transferred from republican to municipal ownership.

      The two-story brick-wooden house of P. F. Krupin from the late 19th century (K. Liebknecht St., 23) with an area of 537.9 square meters and a plot of 942 square meters is expected to be put up for sale in June.

      Meanwhile, the one-story wooden house of P. Ya. Ashmarin (K. Liebknecht St., 12) with an area of 368.4 square meters and a plot of 388 square meters, also from the late 19th century, is scheduled to be auctioned in August.

      On May 19, a meeting dedicated to the implementation of cultural heritage sites in unsatisfactory condition took place in the administration of the Tetyushsky district of RT. It was attended by the chairman of the RT Committee for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Ivan Gushchin, the head of the municipality Rami Safiullov, and the head of the "Implementation of Sectoral Programs" direction at DOM.RF Ekaterina Boldyreva, as well as representatives of municipal institutions and potential investors.
