Lebedev from the first half of the 19th century in the same locality. After the amendments, developers will not be able to construct buildings taller than 9 meters near cultural heritage sites. The use of siding, porcelain stoneware, plastic, metal, and other artificial materials that affect the appearance of the area is prohibited in the finishing. Only traditional or traditional-imitation materials are allowed: wooden planks, brick, and others. Requirements for the color scheme of facades are also specified.
