      On September 5, a patriotic event titled "To Protect the Fatherland is Duty and Honor" will take place in Kazan, organized to instill patriotism among the youth and to foster civic responsibility. Special attention during the event will be given to the importance of the border service and the promotion of professions related to state security. The organizers also plan to talk about the courage and heroism of border guards and security personnel. The goal of the event is to cultivate love and respect for the Motherland among the youth, as well as to increase interest in serving in the Border Service of the FSB of Russia. The program includes meetings with veterans and active members of the FSB border service, as well as thematic exhibitions from the Central Border Museum of the FSB and the "Border" publishing house. A concert program by the Central Border Ensemble of the FSB of Russia will be organized for the participants. The ensemble, established in 1978, is the successor to the Exemplary Orchestra of the Border Troops of the KGB of the USSR. Today, the ensemble is led by People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Colonel Andrey Kapralov, with People's Artist of the Russian Federation Gennady Minkh as the chief choreographer. The ensemble actively performs in Russia and abroad, participates in television and radio broadcasts, and collaborates with well-known artists.
