The State Registration Chamber of Tatarstan has begun inspections of land plots using drones.
The first drone flights this year as part of state land supervision took place in the village of Kovali in the Pestrechinsky district, the press service of the Rosreestr of Tatarstan reported. In the new season, over 5,000 hectares will be checked using UAVs, covering about 15,000 land plots. In addition, inspectors will survey another 10,000 plots on the ground. Modern technologies allow for the rapid and accurate identification of violations, such as cases of improper land use. According to the report, the deputy head of the Rosreestr of Tatarstan, Linar Gatin, noted that state inspectors have begun inspections using unmanned aerial systems. UAV technologies allow for vast areas to be covered, ensuring speed and accuracy in identifying violations such as improper land use. Inspections are conducted without interaction with the controlled parties – landowners do not need to be interrupted from their personal affairs. In case of violations, information will be communicated to them through official channels, including via the "Gosuslugi" portal. Last year, using UAVs, the Rosreestr of Tatarstan conducted 101 flights over the territories of the Arsky, Baltasinsky, Bugulminsky, Kukmorsky, Sabinsky, and Tyulyachinsky districts. A total of 19,000 land plots with an area of 5,000 hectares were surveyed.
