On Youth Day, over 10 million rubles are planned to be spent in Kazan.

      The authorities of the capital of Tatarstan have allocated over 10 million rubles for the organization of Youth Day celebrations, which is 2.5 million more than last year. According to the tender, at least 87,000 participants are expected. The event will take place in a festival format with competitions in parkour, workout, skateboarding, 3×3 basketball, BMX, and scooter sports, as well as career, educational, and dance zones. More than 1.3 million rubles have been allocated for the concert program. Organizers will need to invite a federal artist (performer or group) for a performance of at least 45 minutes — the contractor must propose at least 10 candidates to choose from. The guest's flight from Moscow (for a minimum of four people), accommodation in a 4–5 star hotel, business transfer, and three meals a day will be covered. A separate dressing room with sofas, a mirror, rails, and snacks will be prepared for the star.
