In issuing the sentence, the court took into account the prosecutor's position, the defendant's full admission of guilt, positive character references, and the presence of a permanent job. Considering the mitigating circumstances, the court imposed a sentence of forced labor for a period of 6 months, with 5% of his salary withheld for the state. The convicted person will serve his sentence in a correctional center, where he will be under the supervision of Federal Penitentiary Service staff, and deductions will be made from his salary. The sentence has not yet entered into legal force.
