The "Mom Entrepreneur" program helps women who are simultaneously raising children and starting a business. Participants gain knowledge, support, and tools for developing their own projects. They undergo training, attend practical classes, and prepare their initiatives for defense before an expert commission.

      This year, the selection was very competitive. A total of 130 applications were submitted. After the first selection, 35 participants advanced to the regional stage. And 20 women made it to the finals, presenting their business projects to the jury.

      Inna Shaikhutdinova is an entrepreneur from Nizhnekamsk. She is the founder of the "4HANDS" community and the "ART SPACE" school of creative development. Since September 2025, she has been developing her own educational projects, focusing on new approaches to teaching and unlocking the creative potential of children and teenagers.

      Within the framework of the "Creative Workshop," teenagers aged 10 to 17 work on their own ideas—from concept to finished product. They master design, decorative applied arts, traditional crafts, and modern technologies, including 3D modeling. This is not just a hobby group, but a real school that teaches thinking and creating.

      The organizers note that the "Mom Entrepreneur" program clearly demonstrates how the combination of state support and personal initiative helps launch sustainable business projects. The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan emphasizes that participants are provided access to educational resources, funding, and all necessary infrastructure for business development.

      Last year, the winner of the regional stage was Lyudmila Sabirova with the project "NON-School, not just for children." She also received a grant of 150,000 rubles. Her project aims to develop flexible skills in children and adults without stress and in a practical format. In the first six months of operation, more than 200 people attended the courses.

      The "Mom Entrepreneur" project has been implemented in Tatarstan since 2013. It is conducted with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic and the Tatarstan Entrepreneurship Support Fund as part of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy." The federal stage has been held since 2023. Women with minor children or those on maternity leave can participate in the program. This also includes adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, and foster mothers. The main condition is that they have not previously participated in the project. So many mothers in Tatarstan have a chance to try their hand next year. And perhaps their idea will receive the coveted grant.
