"Sollers Alabuga" celebrated 20 years of operation in the SEZ with a family holiday.

      The cheerful and sparkling Family Day was held for the employees of the "Sollers Alabuga" plant. On this day, the factory workshops transformed into a space of a real celebration, uniting several generations. The program included excursions, live working areas, interactive sites, master classes, game spots, and treats. One of the thematic zones was organized by representatives of the Zavolzhsky Foundry. The head of the media communications department of the personnel department, Marina Semushkina, shared that one of the master classes introduces children to the metal casting process using soap molds as an example. The second one features a special microscope developed by students. With its help, one can see words encrypted in reproductions of works by outstanding Russian artists that connect Zavolzhye, Yelabuga, and the two plants. By the way, there are also paintings by Shishkin. The attendees were greeted by honored guests. The head of the Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, Asgat Safarov, noted that Family Day coincided with the day when 20 years ago "Sollers" became one of the first residents of the ASEZ "Alabuga": – That marked the beginning of a new chapter in Tatarstan's automotive industry. Over the years, Rustam Nurgalievich and the entire leadership of the republic have been closely monitoring the company's successes and supporting new projects. It is especially important that, under any circumstances, the priority of the company remains the person, the team, decent wages, and social guarantees. Such an approach deserves great respect. Essentially, "Sollers" is like one big family. I congratulate the team on this wonderful holiday and wish the plant sustainable growth, new projects, and all guests good health and well-being! The head of the Yelabuga district, Rustem Nuriyev, emphasized that "Sollers" is an example for many enterprises. In its time, the company managed to create a whole line of cars in a short time after the departure of well-known brands, and it continues to expand production. Various events for employees' families are also very significant. The chairman of the board of directors of PJSC "Sollers," Adil Shirinin, joined in the congratulations. He also thanked the plant's team for their successful work: – I remember how we started our activities 20 years ago. Now we have reached production rates of 50 cars per day, but we need to reach 72 cars. And I am confident that we will manage. The main thing is that your families are healthy and happy, and children grow up in peace and harmony. I hope that when they grow up, they will come to work with us. Then the honored guests presented the plant's workers with medals "For Diligent Labor" and "100 Years of TASSR," honorary certificates from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of the EMR, and the chairman of the board of directors of PJSC "Sollers." On Family Day, labor dynasties, distinguished employees, and those who have worked at the plant for over 15 years were honored. In addition, a new nomination "Best Worker of the Plant" was established. One of the award recipients was Anatoly Bashmakov. "I did not expect such recognition, I am very excited. Thank you very much for this! And the holiday is wonderful; my son and I are thrilled," he shared his impressions. Ildar Sakhabiev works at the plant along with his son, who has his own family. They came to the celebration together with their grandfather, who was presented with an honorary indefinite pass to the plant. – When "Sollers" was just opening, a colleague invited me. So I have been working here since 2007. When my son graduated from university, I brought him here, and he has never regretted it. We go to celebrations as a family, just like now – with grandchildren. The highlight was a lottery for the plant's workers with a draw for certificates, dishes, household and digital appliances, and the grand prize – a Sollers ST8 car. By the way, one of the participants won a guitar. The grand prize winner was Nikolai Razhivin from the logistics department. His colleagues sincerely congratulated him on such an event in his life. Nikolai himself was touched and impressed. "I have never participated in any lotteries. So I did not expect anything like this. It is very hard for me to speak right now because emotions are overwhelming," he shared. The concert program was dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and the Year of Culture at "Sollers." Russian and Tatar songs and dances merged into a single symphony. No one remained indifferent – some children and parents even went up to the stage to dance to the music. Young winners of the "Sollers Lights Up Stars" project delighted the audience with their creative performances – songs, dances, gymnastics. And they received their prizes. Among them was Karina Apikova. The girl attended the second music school and is now in the "New Voices" studio at the city Palace of Culture. – I have participated many times in various competitions, including in Moscow and other cities. But this award is special. And my mother is proud that today I am performing at our plant, that my successes are seen by her colleagues and management. On the same day, the winners of the Republican competition for young artists "I Draw Like Shishkin" on the theme "Drawing 'Sollers' – the World of Big Machines" were honored. The general director of the Yelabuga State Museum-Reserve, Gulzada Rudenko, reported that students from 36 art schools and schools of arts from 22 settlements of Tatarstan participated in the competition. They created 549 drawings. Ilsina Khayertdinova from Buinsk took second place with her work "At the Planning Meeting." "I drew the discussion of workers on a new project. I participated in the competition for the first time – I saw that others were drawing, and I decided to do something on the factory theme too. I am very glad that my drawing was rated so highly," the girl said.
