      Today, a live broadcast took place dedicated to creating favorable conditions for doing business and reducing regulatory burdens. The event, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Volga Department of Rostekhnadzor, and the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Tatarstan, gathered representatives of government and business for a constructive dialogue. The main topic of discussion was the shift in focus from traditional business inspections to preventive measures. Experts emphasized that proactive engagement with entrepreneurs is the key to their sustainable development without excessive pressure from regulatory authorities. Special attention was given to the successful implementation of digital tools. In particular, the mobile application "Inspector" allows for remote inspections, significantly saving time and resources for both inspectors and entrepreneurs. Following the live broadcast, it became known that Tatarstan leads Russia in the use of this application: about a quarter of all inspections and half of preventive visits are now conducted remotely. Representatives of the Volga Department of Rostekhnadzor and Rosselkhoznadzor shared their experiences, noting the advantages of remote interaction with businesses. The opportunities for feedback have been significantly expanded: entrepreneurs can now submit requests for preventive visits through the government services portal, and after inspections, they can leave ratings on the quality of inspectors' work. "We strongly encourage entrepreneurs to actively utilize the opportunities for preventive work," urged Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. "This is a free and voluntary service that will help identify and eliminate potential problems in advance." On the "Verified Business" platform, an AI-based chatbot is successfully operating. This service has already processed over 20,000 requests from entrepreneurs, providing consultations on legal issues, helping prepare for inspections, and suggesting which documents may be required by inspectors. Thanks to this service, the load on the contact centers of regulatory authorities has decreased by 59%, and the number of identified violations has reduced by 28% compared to last year. "Our priority is to prevent violations, not impose fines," emphasized Gulnaz Ismagilova. "We strive to create an environment in which businesses can develop freely and comfortably, and regulatory authorities are perceived as partners."

      The live broadcast concluded with an emphasis on the importance of close cooperation between business and government to build a modern, fair, and convenient entrepreneurial environment in Tatarstan.
