      In Tatarstan, a webinar on the topic "Strong Family - Strategic Priority of Russia" was held at the Regional Public Reception of the Chairman of the United Russia party, Dmitry Medvedev. During the online meeting, experts and representatives of the social sphere of the republic discussed measures to support families and issues related to strengthening family values, the press service of the Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan reported. As clarified by the press service, the participants of the webinar considered the main tasks of the federal party project "Strong Family," aimed at supporting and protecting the institution of family, as well as creating favorable conditions for families with children. In Tatarstan, this work is carried out on a permanent basis with the participation of all social agencies of the republic and is focused on increasing birth rates and preserving traditional family values. The head of the Registry Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, coordinator of the federal party project "Strong Family," Elvira Akhmetova, noted that 65 measures of social support for families are in effect in Tatarstan. In addition, the construction of kindergartens, schools, sports facilities, and clinics continues in the republic, which contributes to creating comfortable living conditions and allows families to plan their future more confidently. She also emphasized that within the framework of new demographic initiatives launched last year, additional support measures are provided for student, large, and low-income families.
