Throughout the year, a personal income tax is withheld from parents' salaries monthly. At the end of the year, it is recalculated at a reduced rate of 6 percent. The amount by which the tax has decreased is returned to the family. Eduard Vafin also spoke about the changed conditions for early retirement for mothers of many children. “To qualify for early retirement in 2026, a minimum insurance experience of 15 years and 30 pension coefficients (IPC) are required. When calculating IPC for the calendar year, raising children is taken into account: for the first child — 1.8 points, for the second — 3.6, for the third and fourth — 5.4 points each,” Eduard Vafin told Tatar-inform. And law-breaking drivers risk losing a significant part of their budget. The punishment for driving into oncoming traffic has been tightened. If the violation is captured on camera, the fine will be seven and a half thousand rubles. If a traffic inspector stops the vehicle manually, the driver faces a license suspension of 4 to 6 months. If such a violation is repeated within a year, the license can be suspended for 12 months. Changes have also affected other areas of life. Utility meter readings must be submitted through digital channels: State Services, mobile banking applications, personal accounts on managing companies' websites, and official services of suppliers — water supply, energy sales, and gas services.
