Here, road workers are forming the future sidewalk and installing curbs, while nearby, machinery is leveling the area for a future sports ground. The old one has already been dismantled, and new elements will appear here soon. "The project also includes the installation of additional improvement elements: benches and trash bins have already been installed at each entrance and along pedestrian zones," reports the press service of the Almetyevsk administration. The territory of this courtyard unites three apartment buildings: Bigash 131, 133, and 135. Work is ongoing, but builders plan to complete it by July of this year. The "Our Yard" program was initiated by the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov. "The improvement of courtyards is carried out with the mandatory participation of residents. During the implementation of the program in Tatarstan, more than 10,800 general meetings of owners have been held to discuss future courtyard projects," said Damir Shaidullin, the first deputy minister of construction, architecture, and housing and communal services of Tatarstan. Over the five years of the program's implementation in our area, more than 350 courtyards have been renovated. This year, it is planned to improve 24 courtyard areas.
