In particular, Rosgvardiya inspected the children's health camp "Tasma." An inspection of the engineering and technical fortification of the facility was conducted, the operability of external video surveillance cameras was checked, the presence of information stands was verified, and the functionality of the voice alert system was assessed. As part of the inspection, a training alarm was conducted: a response team from the external security arrived at the call of the alarm. After receiving the necessary instructions from the inspector, the crew returned to their patrol route. "We are checking the organization of anti-terrorist security in children's health institutions, including the operability of alarm buttons, video surveillance cameras, as well as the storage duration of the video archive (at least 30 days) and the functionality of the voice alert system in the event of a drone attack threat," said the chief specialist of the PCO of the UVO for the city of Kazan, Police Captain Ilnur Gubaidullin. A planned inspection of the work of private security officers was also conducted by the senior lieutenant Ildar Faskhutdinov from the licensing and permitting department for Kazan. "When inspecting children's health camps, we pay attention to the availability of necessary documentation for security inspectors – private security certificates, personal security cards with completed annual checks. There should also be a contract for security services and a notification, as well as the job description of the private security officer at the post," the officer explained.

      The inspection showed that the condition of the children's camp meets the safety standards required for facilities with a large number of children.
