In Tatarstan, the number of participants in the long-term savings program continues to grow — as of April 1, 2026, about 395 thousand contracts have been concluded. Since the launch of the initiative in 2024, residents of the republic have contributed more than 22 billion rubles to it. The program allows for the formation of savings for the future, including additional income for retirement or a financial safety net. Participants can independently determine the amount and frequency of contributions, as well as arrange contracts in favor of other people, including children. With contributions starting from 2 thousand rubles per year, state co-financing of up to 36 thousand rubles and tax benefits are provided. Funds are insured by the state for up to 2.8 million rubles. Accumulations can be accessed without losing benefits after 15 years of participation or upon reaching retirement age, while early withdrawal of part of the funds is allowed in special life situations, such as for medical treatment.
