This was reported at a republican meeting in the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities of Tatarstan, Damir Shaidullin, as conveyed by the press service of the President of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, also participated in the work.

      In the commercial construction sector, 74% of the plan has been fulfilled – 84 apartment buildings have been completed with a total area of over 776 thousand square meters. Under the social mortgage program, the execution rate was 49%: the construction of 32 houses with an area of over 73 thousand square meters has been completed. In individual housing construction, 1 million 142 thousand square meters have been commissioned, or 58% of the plan.

      Data on housing provision for certain categories of citizens has been presented separately. Among them are orphans (641 recipients). A state contract has been concluded for the purchase of 49 premises with federal co-financing. The State Committee of Tatarstan for Procurement announced an auction on June 4 for the right to conclude a second contract for the purchase of 183 premises.

      For the category of large families with five or more children, out of 22 certificates, 8 have been implemented, and the selection of housing for the remaining 14 is being conducted by the State Housing Fund of Tatarstan. In the category of young families (61 recipients), 35 families have used subsidies, while the others continue to search for housing. For forced migrants, migrants from the Far North, and Chernobyl victims, 3 recipients are provided for: two certificates have been issued, and one has been implemented.

      The republican program to support housing construction includes 14 facilities. Contracts have been concluded for 8 road infrastructure facilities, and contracts for 2 out of 6 water supply network facilities have been concluded, with the remaining ones planned to be contracted by the first half of July.

      In the road sector, work is underway on facilities in the Tukayevsky and Laishevsky districts. In the water supply sector, work is ongoing in the Arsky and Laishevsky districts.

      In the education sector, the construction of 7 schools continues with an overall completion of 53%, and kindergartens – 50%. In healthcare, the construction of a reception and diagnostic department in Kazan is 49% complete.

      In the sports sector, 14 facilities are being implemented: the construction of 4 covered football arenas is 36% complete, and universal playgrounds are 33% complete. Two facilities have been completed in the Verkhneuslonsky and Drozhzhanovsky districts. The construction of the Football Development Center is 81% complete, and ice arenas are 34% complete.

      In the culture sector, 7 facilities are being built, including multifunctional centers (69% completed). Under the national project "Family," the construction of children's art schools is 27% complete.

      In the environmental sector, the reclamation of sludge fields in Kazan continues, with 94% of the work completed. In youth policy, 7 facilities are being built, with the readiness of children's health camps at 61%.

      Under two other republican programs, the construction of 27 facilities is underway. The execution rate for executive committee buildings is 67%, and for comprehensive service points for the population, it is 73%.

      In terms of improving public spaces, 51 territories are planned, with 47 facilities in progress across 38 municipalities, and the completion rate is 11%. One facility has been completed in the Verkhneuslonsky district.

      Engineering infrastructure is being modernized under 6 republican and 2 federal programs. Contracts have been concluded for 81 water supply facilities, with a completion rate of 17%, and 19 facilities have been completed. For gas consumption – 22%, for communal infrastructure – 4%, and for the federal project – 56%.

      Work on wastewater treatment facilities is 39% complete, and on networks and heating mains – 38%. Street lighting restoration involves 169 facilities (28%). Under the project "Modern Appearance of Rural Territories," 33% of the work has been completed.

      Data on labor control and safety has also been provided: since the beginning of the year, the self-regulatory organization has conducted 1,241 inspections, the State Construction Supervision has issued 280 resolutions, and the Main Investment and Construction Management has conducted 1,302 inspections and identified 2,762 violations, of which 2,591 have been eliminated.
