"Nurlat-Inform" organized its platform at Uya and held a prize draw.
During the holiday, the residents of Nurlat subscribed to more than 40 copies of the newspaper. At the Chuvash national holiday Ujav, "Nurlat-inform" organized its interactive platform dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the newspaper ("Duslyk", "Druzhba", "Tuslah"). The special significance of the publication for our multinational region lies in the fact that the newspaper is published in three languages — Russian, Tatar, and Chuvash, uniting different peoples, preserving their traditions, culture, and native speech. The editorial staff presented guests with a unique photo exhibition, a collection of newspapers from different years, and the main rarity — the very first issue of the newspaper from July 9, 1931, which was then called "Oktyabrsky Kolkhoznik." The residents of Nurlat actively approached, showed interest in the exhibits, and eagerly shared their memories. Our reader Svetlana Ivanova shared a touching family story: "My grandfather Yerepov Nikolai Egorovich worked in the editorial office of the newspaper 'Oktyabrsky Kolkhoznik.' According to my mother's stories, in 1939 he was sent to Kazan. In Kazan, he had a heart attack. He is buried in the village of Ilyutkino in the center of the village near the school. My mother told me, she was 9 years old then, that our grandfather was sent off on his last journey with honors and with an orchestra." Of course, at the "Nurlat-inform" platform, they also set up subscriptions to the newspaper, as each reader contributes to supporting the unique trilingual information space of the region. All subscribers participated in an instant lottery, and exactly at 12:00, a major prize draw from sponsors began. From the KFH Blinovykh, the residents of Nurlat received 10 beautiful pots with blooming petunias, and the main prize — a two-person inflatable mattress from individual entrepreneur Ildar Khasanzhanov — was won by the Dementyev family from Yegorkino. "We didn't plan to subscribe to the newspaper today. We were passing by and decided to sign up. I didn't think I would win the main prize. I was hoping to win a petunia. The mattress will also come in handy when the kids come to visit. We have been reading the newspaper for a long time. The whole family, our parents subscribed, and we are subscribing," shared her emotions our subscriber Svetlana Dementyeva.
During the holiday, the residents of Nurlat subscribed to more than 40 copies of the newspaper, and some participated in a charitable action — for example, the head of the Nurlat UTT LLC UK "Tatspetstransport" Alexey Fedorov gifted a subscription to the local craftswoman Vera Alexeeva, who gladly accepted this gift and also won a pot with flowers.
