      In Tatarstan, monetary bonuses of up to 345,000 rubles have been introduced for physics and chemistry teachers who ensure high-quality education. The corresponding resolution was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Alexey Pesoshin. Teachers from state and municipal schools in Tatarstan who teach physics, chemistry, or related subjects are eligible to apply for the bonus. The responsibility for conducting the competitive selection has been assigned to the Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan.

      Three nominations are provided:

      - "Physics and Chemistry Teacher" – up to 100 awards of 345,000 rubles each;

      - "Young Physics and Chemistry Teacher" – up to 100 awards of 288,000 rubles each;

      - "University Physics and Chemistry Teacher working part-time in a school" – up to 20 awards of 230,000 rubles each.

      Although the main conditions for receiving the payment are winning in the competitive selection and matching the education profile of teaching, additional requirements are set for each nomination.

      In particular, experienced teachers must have the first or highest qualification category and more than five years of experience. At least 10% of graduates must score 80 points or higher on the Unified State Exam (USE) in the relevant subjects. Among those studying physics and chemistry in depth, the same percentage must score excellently on the Basic State Exam (BSE). Participation of students in Olympiads and conducting targeted events aimed at developing subject knowledge is also taken into account – at least two per year of selection.

      Young teachers are expected to have up to five years of experience and conduct at least two subject-related events for students per year.

      In turn, university teachers working in schools must have a scientific degree and more than five years of experience. Among their graduates, at least 5% must demonstrate high results on the USE (80 points and above) and BSE (excellent). It is also expected that children participate in Olympiads, and the teacher conducts two subject-related events per year.

      Candidates must not be included in lists of individuals associated with extremist or terrorist activities, have the status of a foreign agent, have tax debts, and must not receive similar payments under other programs.

      Participants are required to submit an application and a package of documents, including identification, diploma, information about work experience, portfolio, and documents confirming achievements. Applications can be submitted in paper form or, if technically possible, electronically.

      Based on the assessment results, a ranking of participants is formed. The winners are the candidates who score the highest points in each nomination. In case of a tie, the decision will be made by the competition commission through open voting.
