The public figure shared his plans for organizing the headquarters' work, and Alexander Lapin promised to assist with a number of projects, including supporting the initiative to create a museum of the special military operation. According to him, the activists of the Young Guard of United Russia plan to expand the currently operating museum of the special military operation at the humanitarian center of the "Young Guard of United Russia."
