The results of the application campaign for the seventh season of the "FormART" festival have been summarized. Out of four hundred applications, the jury selected fourteen finalists from different regions of the Volga Federal District. The winners will be announced in August in Kirov.

The most active participants were authors from Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, with about one hundred applications coming from each region. The expert jury, which included regional and federal specialists in the field of street art, determined fourteen finalists. Among them is the project "Family Traditions" by Alexander Popov from Tatarstan. From Bashkortostan, Almaz Zagretdinov made it to the finals with the work "Bashkir Woman with a Horse." Ilya Belov from Mari El will present the project "Creators." From Mordovia, Anna Zharkova is represented with the work "Ine Narmun: a bridge between worlds in Mordovian folklore." Dmitry Kostitsin represents Udmurtia with the project "Feast." Alexey Chernov from Chuvashia presents the work "Horse - a symbol of unity." From Perm Krai, Maria Nesterkina is represented with the project "Connection of Generations."
Mikhail Korobeinikov will represent Kirov Oblast with the work "Region of Good Neighbors." From Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Ekaterina Paryushkina made it to the finals with the project "Cradle of the Unified Epic." Sergey Kovtun represents Orenburg Oblast with the work "Friendship of Peoples." From Penza Oblast, Anastasia Gulayeva is represented with the project "Unity of the Peoples of Russia." Semyon Yefentyev represents Samara Oblast with the work "Tenderness." Ivan Sergeev represents Saratov Oblast with the project "Faces of One Country." Marat Petrov represents Ulyanovsk Oblast with the work "Simbirsk Cheburashka."
The drawing of the works will take place in the summer of 2026. The process can be followed on the official website of the festival. The winners will be named at a ceremony in August in Kirov. The holders of the first, second, and third places will receive grants ranging from one hundred to two hundred thousand rubles for creative development. The "FormART" festival has been held in the district since 2020 on the initiative of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov. Its goal is to develop street art, support young artists, and improve cities. Each season is dedicated to a specific relevant theme.
