      Dear colleagues! Dear veterans of the medical service of the National Guard troops! Congratulations on Medical Worker’s Day! The history of the medical service of law enforcement troops is a heroic chronicle, inextricably linked to their formation and development. From the first field hospitals and modest medical posts to modern high-tech hospitals, medics have always been in the most responsible areas, sharing all trials and victories with the personnel. On the front lines – in conflict zones and in emergency response areas – you demonstrate courage, determination, and composure, saving wounded comrades in the most challenging conditions. In the rear – in hospitals and medical points – you carry out meticulous work to preserve the health of personnel, constantly improving your skills and reaching new frontiers in the fight for human lives. The significance of departmental medicine for maintaining a high level of combat readiness of the troops, and thus the security of the state, cannot be overstated. Today, our doctors and medical staff once again confirm this thesis, acting with utmost coordination and efficiency in the conditions of a special military operation. A particular pride is the successes in the field of medical rehabilitation, thanks to which thousands of soldiers and officers who sustained serious injuries have returned to a full life and rejoined the ranks. The merits of many of you are justly recognized with high state and departmental awards. But the main reward is saved lives, restored health, and sincere gratitude from comrades. Your work is the foundation of national well-being and security of the country. We fully understand that the effective development of the medical support system for personnel requires the unification of resources and competencies, and therefore we highly value the established cooperation and coordinated work with other agencies, scientific, educational, and public organizations. This constructive partnership allows for a prompt response to the challenges of our time and the implementation of advanced technologies in practice. And so, on this festive day, our words of gratitude are addressed to all medical personnel in the country – doctors and paramedics, laboratory technicians and nurses, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, faculty and students of medical universities, organizers and administrators of domestic healthcare. Thank you for your boundless compassion, for your colossal contribution to the health of the nation, and for your fidelity to the Hippocratic oath!
