      Today, June 20, the capital of Tatarstan has become the epicenter of bright emotions, folk traditions, and unforgettable impressions. In the Birch Grove of the village of Mirny, large-scale festivities are taking place in honor of one of the most beloved national holidays – Sabantuy. The Zainsk delegation, led by the head of the district, Razif Karimov, is actively participating in the celebration, representing its multinational homestead. From early morning, the forest area in the village of Mirny is filled with a festive atmosphere. Here, 11 authentic homesteads from the municipal districts of the republic have been set up. And at the very heart of this colorful national round dance is the Zainsk homestead! Honored guests are greeted at the entrance by cheerful musical sketches performed by folklore groups and representatives of the children's music school. The true decoration of the holiday is the hero of the fields – a symbol of strength and courage. Guests are welcomed by the head of the Zainsk district, Razif Karimov, as well as famous Zainsk singers Marat Galimov and Aidar Suleimanov. Girls in bright national costumes with kind smiles treat the first visitors to traditional chak-chak and fragrant karavai – the hospitality of the Zainsk land is felt here from the very first steps. In the center of the homestead, sports passions are boiling – competitions in national wrestling, koresh, are taking place. Wrestlers demonstrate strength and agility, while spectators enthusiastically support their favorites. The culinary zone attracts special interest from guests. Here, right before the visitors' eyes, a master class is held on preparing the ancient Tatar dish kystybyi – using recipes that are carefully preserved in the Zainsk district. Nearby, hostesses fry pishki (kabartma) and generously treat everyone who wishes. A lively scene unfolds near the mill: a girl in a national costume grinds flour from grain – as if illustrating tales about farmers. In addition to the master class on preparing kystybyi, other creative platforms are also operating at the homestead: master classes on embroidering pillows and tubeteikas, where everyone can learn traditional Tatar handicraft techniques and take a piece of Zainsk culture home with them. In cozy exhibition gazebos, an exhibition of decorative and applied arts is set up. Craftswomen conduct master classes for guests on embroidering towels, pillows, and making traditional Tatar headwear – kalfak and tubeteika. Anyone can try their hand at creating a small item and take a piece of Zainsk culture home with them. Nearby, guests are invited to taste herbal tea made from fragrant herbs and berries. Trading tents from the Agro-Industrial Park "Zay" with an exhibition of products from the Zainsk district are adjacent to the cultural zone. For young guests and adults, there is a real village pen with livestock: goats, sheep, and chickens – everyone can observe the animals and take photos. An exhibition on "Beekeeping" is also set up, where one can learn about the intricacies of beekeeping, see real hives, and taste honey from Zainsk apiaries. One of the most colorful structures of the homestead is the functioning bathhouse. A professional bath attendant invites all brave souls to experience the miraculous power of the steam room. In the waiting room, a table with benches is already set up, where guests are treated to herbal tea after the procedure. Nearby, a mill operates – here, a lively scene of processing ears of grain into flour unfolds, immersing viewers in the atmosphere of rural labor. By the large wood-burning stove in the tea gazebo, hostesses bake pancakes using an old recipe. From a wood-fired samovar, fragrant tea made from healing, aromatic herbs and berries is poured – this drink warms and creates a truly homely atmosphere even on a summer day. The Zainsk homestead today is a living history, where the everyday life, customs, culture, and national features of the peoples living in the district intertwine. Here, every guest feels welcome, and every exhibit and treat tells about the rich heritage and achievements of the Zainsk land.

      The celebration continues, guests hurry to the central stage, where around two thousand artists perform from noon, and in the evening – at 3:00 PM – the festivities in the village of Mirny will conclude, but the bright impressions will remain in hearts for a long time.
