This debt had been accumulating since March of this year. To protect the labor rights of citizens, the district prosecutor submitted a proposal to the organization's director. An administrative offense case was initiated against the legal entity under part 6 of article 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (failure to pay wages within the established time frame).

      Recall that in Kazan, the general director of LLC "Bulgar-Service" will stand trial, accused of failing to pay wages to the company's employees. According to the investigation, the head of the organization did not pay 125 workers from November 2024 to May 2025. The total amount of debt was about 8 million rubles.
