One of the key initiatives of the national project is the "Professionalitet" program, aimed at modernizing the system of secondary vocational education, aligning it with labor market needs and modern economic challenges. Currently, 1,730 "Professionalitet" colleges are training professionals in 86 regions of Russia. Opportunities for employment and professional self-realization are growing. The modernization of employment centers continues under the national project "Personnel" — 1,267 modern "Work of Russia" personnel centers have already been opened. Measures of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" are actively being implemented to improve the living conditions of people, provide settlements with quality infrastructure, and enhance the connectivity of territories in Russia. To date, 80,500 territories have been improved, and from 2019 to 2025 inclusive, 195,000 km of roads have been repaired, reconstructed, and built.
