At the meeting of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the results of the first half of the year were summarized and tasks for the future were defined.

      At the Main Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, a board meeting was held to summarize the activities for the first half of 2026 and to determine priority tasks for the second half of the current year.

      The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Main Department, heads of structural divisions, and staff members. During the meeting, the results of work in key areas of activity were reviewed, an assessment of the achieved indicators was given, and key tasks requiring special attention in the second half of the year were identified.

      The main report was presented by the head of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan – the chief bailiff of the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of the Internal Service Anvar Zakirov. The deputies of the head of the Main Department also presented reports on their supervised areas.

      In his speech, Anvar Zakirov noted that one of the most important indicators of the effectiveness of the service remains the enforcement of court decisions. In the first six months of 2026, bailiffs in the Republic of Tatarstan collected 10.7 billion rubles. To ensure the enforcement of executive documents, measures of forced execution were actively applied: 2.3 million rulings on the imposition of arrest and withdrawal of funds from debtors' accounts were issued, as well as 89 thousand rulings on temporary restrictions on the right to leave the Russian Federation. More than 7.7 thousand debtors were restricted in the use of special rights.

      Special attention at the board meeting was paid to the protection of children's rights. In the first half of the year, 2.3 billion rubles in alimony payments were collected – 400 million rubles more than in the same period last year. Criminal cases were initiated against 539 citizens evading parental responsibilities under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to pay for the maintenance of children or disabled parents"), and 1,294 protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children.

      The results of work to ensure the established order of court activities were also noted. During the reporting period, bailiffs of the UOPDS identified 967 prohibited items for carrying, ensured the safety of judges and participants in court proceedings for more than 2.1 thousand requests, and delivered over 2 thousand citizens subject to compulsory summons to the courts. In addition, 25 individuals who were wanted were detained, two of whom were wanted for committing serious and especially serious crimes.

      During the meeting, the effectiveness of joint work with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan was also noted. Within the framework of 104 raid events using the hardware and software complexes "Road Bailiff" and "Web," 378 arrests were made on vehicles, 142 cars were placed in specialized parking lots, and the amount of collected debt exceeded 9 million rubles.

      Among the significant areas of work remain support for participants in the special military operation and their family members, as well as charitable activities of the service staff. Since 2024, due to citizens signing contracts for military service, more than 6 thousand executive proceedings have been terminated for a total of 453 million rubles. In the first six months of the current year, employees of the Main Department transferred about 3 million rubles to assist military personnel and residents of affected regions.
