The Rospatriot Center is holding a nationwide competition against drugs.

      From June 26 to July 10, 2026, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and its subordinate institution, the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rospatriotcenter," will organize a national video competition titled "The Incentive of Dreams is You!". The event is part of the initiative of the same name, dedicated to the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

      Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 are invited to participate on a voluntary basis. Requirements for the competition materials: Format: digital video in MP4, MOV, or AVI files. Duration: from half a minute to three minutes. Image quality: resolution of at least 1280×720 pixels. Application submission procedure:

      Post the video on a personal page on "VKontakte," setting public privacy settings. The description must include the mandatory tags #IncentiveOfMyDream2026 and #AgainstDrugs2026. Upload the original file to the cloud storage "Yandex.Disk." Fill out the electronic form in the federal state automated information system "Youth of Russia." The acceptance of works is strictly limited to the competition period — until 23:59 (MSK) on July 10, 2026. In addition to the link to the publication and the cloud file, the registration form must include a completed consent form for the processing of personal data.

      The jury will analyze the submitted materials using a five-point hundred-point matrix (10 points for each of the five parameters):

      depth of meaningful content; relevance to the competition theme;

      relevance of the addressed issues; level of technical execution; originality of the creative approach. Based on the evaluation results, three first-level laureates and seven finalists will be selected. All of them will receive valuable prizes. The final list of winners will be published on the official website of Rospatriotcenter by October 30, 2026, and the award ceremony will take place no later than December 1, 2026.
