In Kazan, the possibilities for youth self-realization were discussed at the International Forum on Consumer Cooperation.

As part of the International Forum on Consumer Cooperation "Youth of Cooperation: Uniting Resources for Industry Development" at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center, a session titled "Youth of the Future" took place. Experts from Russia and foreign countries discussed the role of youth policy in workforce preparation, the development of student initiatives, and modern support measures for young people. Participants in the session included Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Yegor Litvinenko, Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov, Head of the Central Headquarters of Russian Student Brigades Yaroslav Zubashchenko, Minister of Youth and Sports of Niger State, Nigeria Jacob Baba Visa, and General Director of the Sambo Federation of São Paulo, National Coach of the Brazilian Sambo Federation Renato Migliacchio.

Opening the discussion, Deputy Head of Rosmolodezh Yegor Litvinenko emphasized the importance of uniting the efforts of the state, educational organizations, and youth associations: "The national project 'Youth and Children' has brought together all key support measures for the development of modern youth and the formation of human capital. It was created not in a cabinet – it was shaped by the youth themselves. We collected about 4,500 proposals through public organizations, the expert community, and the State Services portal. This approach allows us to create truly in-demand support tools for young people." He also noted the significance of cooperation with industry universities and the agricultural sector: "Today, food security is one of the most important areas of the country's development. Our task is to ensure that the agricultural sector is staffed with qualified young professionals who will drive the country forward."

The participants focused on issues of professional self-realization of youth, workforce preparation for various sectors of the economy, the development of student brigades, grant support, and the integration of youth projects. Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Kadyrov presented the youth support system in the republic and discussed the opportunities currently available to young people: "We have about 400 youth policy institutions across the republic, a volunteer movement is developing, grant programs are in operation, several housing programs for youth are active, and international cooperation is actively developing. We are creating conditions for every young person to realize themselves in Tatarstan. Therefore, we invite everyone not only to come to our events but also to stay and live and work in our republic."

Participants paid special attention to the best regional practices of working with student youth, the activities of Russian student brigades, federal programs of Rosmolodezh, including the track "Rosmolodezh.Entrepreneur," the program "I in Agro," and grant competitions. During the discussion, issues of international youth cooperation and the development of sambo in higher educational institutions as a tool for education, teamwork, and strengthening international ties were also discussed.

Head of the Central Headquarters of Russian Student Brigades Yaroslav Zubashchenko noted that the movement helps simultaneously address the staffing needs of the state and opens up opportunities for young people for professional growth. "We must respond to two demands at once: those of the state and the economy, which need personnel, and the students themselves, who want to gain their first professional experience, earn money, and acquire competencies for their future careers. Today, about 400,000 active participants are part of Russian student brigades, working in almost all sectors of the economy," said Yaroslav Zubashchenko.

The session brought together representatives of government bodies, educational organizations, youth associations, and international partners, serving as a platform for exchanging experiences and seeking new solutions in the field of youth policy. The holding of such events aligns with the goals of the national project "Youth and Children," aimed at creating conditions for the self-realization of young people, developing the country's human resources potential, and supporting youth initiatives.
