In the Zainsk district, large-scale work on updating the infrastructure continues.

      This year, 47 facilities are being built and renovated in the municipality — from housing to social institutions and roads.

      This year, large-scale transformations have started in the Zainsk district. 47 facilities are simultaneously in progress, with road workers, housing builders, and social infrastructure developers involved. More than a third of them have already been completed, while the rest are under strict control by the district leadership.

      An on-site inspection began in the Verkhnepinyaichinskoye rural settlement. A new building for the local administration is being constructed here. Contractors have already raised the walls, installed window blocks, and are mounting the roof. The readiness of the facility today is 60%.

      The next stop is the Nizhnebyshevskoye rural settlement. The commission evaluated the updated fire safety post. Here, a spacious hangar for special equipment has been completely renovated, and a room for round-the-clock duty with heating and rest rooms has been equipped.

      Within the city limits, the delegation checked the reconstruction of the sewage system on Oktyabrskaya Street and got acquainted with the progress of the repair of the military enlistment office building.

      One of the most anticipated facilities is the martial arts palace in the 35th quarter. Its readiness has reached 90%.

      This facility is being built for the 375th anniversary of Zainsk as a gift from the President of Tatarstan. The grand opening is expected to involve the leadership of the republic.

      Construction is also actively underway in the 4th microdistrict. Three multi-story buildings are being erected for Zainsk residents among orphans who have reached 18 years of age. At the same time, foundations for four more houses are being prepared — they are intended for budget employees under the social mortgage program.

      At school No. 6, there is a large-scale project of its own. Under the republican program, the renovation of the dining block has begun here. The interior, equipment, and furniture will be completely updated. Work continues at all sites. Zainsk is transforming before our eyes, and by its anniversary, the city will be renewed — with modern sports facilities, comfortable housing, and a reliable social infrastructure.
