Residents of the republic do not need to submit an application in person or collect certificates — it is enough to check the information in their IPA on the "Gosuslugi" portal. A month before reaching retirement age, the future pensioner receives a notification in their personal account on the "Gosuslugi" portal. After verifying the information, it is sufficient to confirm consent for automatic appointment. The pension will be assigned within three hours, and a notification about this will arrive in the same personal account. The method of delivery (through a bank or post office) is chosen by the citizen independently. Automatic appointment is available if standard conditions for retirement insurance pension in 2026 are met: reaching the age of 59 for women and 64 for men, having at least 15 years of insurance experience, and an individual pension coefficient of no less than 30. "We strive to make government services as convenient and fast as possible. Automatic pension appointment is a vivid example of such an approach. Citizens do not need to waste time visiting client services and collecting documents. It is enough to check the data in their IPA — and the pension will be processed within a few hours," noted the manager of the Social Fund's branch for the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Vafin.
