       Chairwoman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Council Deputy Elena Kuzmicheva participated in the forum "Working for Results," which took place in the Kirov and Moscow districts and served as a platform for summarizing the results of the five-year plan. Before the forum began, participants were shown a video showcasing the large-scale transformations that have occurred in the republic due to the implementation of the people's program: the construction of schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cultural and sports facilities, and the improvement of public spaces and yards. The event was attended by deputies, heads and employees of healthcare, sports, and cultural institutions, representatives of labor dynasties, and public associations. The head of the district, Vladimir Zhavoronkov, reported on what has been accomplished in the district over the past five years, the projects implemented in the fields of education, healthcare, and culture; programs for construction, improvement, and support for the volunteer movement. The head of the district noted that special attention is paid to working with residents. Work continues with participants of the special military operation and their families. An interdepartmental working group operates in the district, providing assistance to veterans in employment and social adaptation, while families of military personnel receive social support measures. Significant work is being done to provide humanitarian assistance. Speaking about the implementation of the people's program, Vladimir Zhavoronkov noted that over the past five years, thanks to participation in federal and republican programs, social and engineering infrastructure facilities have been built and overhauled in the district. Schools, kindergartens, cultural and healthcare institutions, roads, public spaces, water supply facilities, and sports infrastructure have been updated. State Duma Deputy Maxim Topilin spoke about the role of the people's program in addressing the everyday issues of residents. He noted that many initiatives are born during meetings with people and then become part of state decisions. "The people's program is primarily the proposals of residents. They form the basis for decisions made at all levels of government," emphasized Maxim Topilin. He reminded that one of the main directions remains support for families with children. In recent years, social support measures have been significantly expanded: a unified allowance for families with children has been introduced, mechanisms for providing tax deductions are being improved, and the development of digital government services continues, making many services available without the need for numerous certificates. Elena Ivanovna, speaking before the forum participants, particularly noted that over the past five years, Tatarstan has become a leader in many areas. "We rank first in real wage growth in the Volga region, fifth in investments, and fourth in industry and agriculture. Currently, 65 different support measures are in effect in the republic, benefiting about a million citizens. Special attention is given to large families: assistance is provided to over 59 thousand such families. In addition, the range of assistance is constantly expanding in response to new life situations. For student families, who often face financial difficulties, a new payment of 100 thousand rubles has been introduced upon registering a future mother for pregnancy. Tatarstan is heading into elections with real results that are visible to every resident and would not be possible without the support of Tatarstan residents, as it is the proposals of the people that formed the basis of the People's Program and National Projects," noted Elena Kuzmicheva.

      

       Concluding the forum, the district leader called on those present to participate in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, scheduled for September 18-20.
