Minnullina has been officially appointed as the acting head of the health department of the Zaporizhzhia region.

      As reported by sources from "BUSINESS Online," the former Minister of Health of Tatarstan, Marcel Minnullin, has been appointed as the acting Minister of Health of the Zaporizhzhia region. This was announced by the regional governor, Yevgeny Balitsky, on his channel in "Max." "I am confident that Marcel Mansurovich's rich medical and managerial experience, his deep competence, and his concern will allow us to elevate the healthcare system of the Zaporizhzhia region to a qualitatively new level," he wrote, noting that he has experience working in the new regions of Russia. Previously, Minnullin provided medical assistance and supervised the work of hospitals in Lysychansk, LPR. BUSINESS Online reported on his appointment on July 28. At that time, an order for his appointment was signed. Minnullin served as the Minister of Health of Tatarstan for 2.5 years and left the position last year—of his own accord, but against the backdrop of increased attention from law enforcement agencies. Minnullin explained his departure by citing health issues. After that, he moved to LPR, where he worked as the deputy chief physician for clinical and expert work at the Luhansk RKB, as well as at the Lysychansk City Hospital. In June of this year, it became known that Minnullin had taken a new job at the Botkin Hospital in Moscow—the largest multidisciplinary medical institution in the capital. Minnullin is 51 years old, a distinguished physician of the Republic of Tatarstan, a physician of the highest qualification category in surgery, and a candidate of medical sciences. Before his ministerial position, he worked for 13 years as the first deputy chief physician of the RKB for medical affairs. He is one of the ideologists of organ transplantation development in Tatarstan.
