The team of the republic includes representatives from eight enterprises that successfully passed the regional selection. Before departure, the Minister of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, met with the participants. He wished the team a successful performance, emphasized the importance of the project for working youth, and thanked the enterprises for supporting their employees. "MoloT" provides an opportunity to showcase oneself in sports, creative, and intellectual competitions, meet colleagues from other regions, exchange experiences, and bring home new ideas," noted Kadyrov. - mini-football;
- volleyball;
- table tennis;
- chess;
- gorodki (a traditional Russian sport);
- sports orienteering;
- military sports training;

- video contest.
The regional selection in Tatarstan was held as part of corporate Spartakiads. Representatives from 109 enterprises participated, with a total coverage of 2,603 people, including registrations — 3,151 participants. The Tatarstan team includes representatives from "Tatneft," "SIBUR" (Kazanorgsintez), "Nizhnekamskneftekhim," the "TatNIPIneft" institute, "Elecon Plant," "KAMAZ," "NKS," and "SBO SHINNIK."

Alexander Devyatov ("SIBUR," Kazanorgsintez): "The team is heading to the final with the mindset to show a good result. We will only be able to assess the level of our opponents after arriving in Perm." For the team, participation in "MoloT" has become a continuation of their successful performance in the corporate Spartakiad of "SIBUR Holding," where they took first place.
For the first time, the delegation will include the Tagirov family ("NKS" and "SBO SHINNIK"). They will participate in the family relay. The team took fifth place in the overall team standings and also won prizes in chess, gorodki, the athletics relay, and the 5 km run. This year, the team hopes to improve their result. The project is held under the patronage of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov.
