The Day of the Round Dance was celebrated in Leninogorsk.

In the Leninogorsk Comprehensive Center "Istok-Bashlangych," as part of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and the implementation of the national project "Family," an event dedicated to the Day of World Round Dances took place, aimed at strengthening ties and creating a living image of unity among the multinational and multicultural people of Russia. Participants were informed about the social significance of round dances in the culture of various peoples of Russia and the world. Specialists explained that a round dance is a complex system of symbols. In different regions, it served as a way to communicate with nature, a ritual for fertility, or a means of strengthening community ties. Participants learned how the rhythms, figures, and music of round dances changed depending on national characteristics, but one thing remained unchanged – the desire of people to unite in a single, harmonious circle. At the end of the event, organizers and participants joined hands in a circle to experience the magic of unity in practice. Everyone moved in a unified rhythm, feeling each other's support and creating a space of trust and agreement. The event once again confirmed that through the study of traditions and shared leisure, we learn to better understand each other, creating peace and unity where we live.
