      On August 13, the IV professional skills competition among electricians from contracting organizations of JSC "Network Company" was launched at the training and testing ground of the Center for Work Under Voltage. A total of 8 teams are participating. Two days of intense work, testing theoretical knowledge, and uncompromising competition for the title of the best team.

      The competition brought together contractors.

      This large-scale event, held for the fourth consecutive year, gathered representatives of contracting organizations from across the republic this time on Zainsk land. The competition is the second stage of the contest among distribution network teams and aims not only to identify the strongest but also to raise the overall level of professional training of personnel. At the opening ceremony, honored guests gathered: the leadership of JSC "Network Company" and its branches, representatives of contracting organizations, the Center for Work Under Voltage, as well as the company's partners. Among the invitees were representatives of scientific universities and specialized colleges. Deputy Head of the Zainsk Municipal District Pyotr Urazaikin, Deputy General Director - Technical Director of JSC "Network Company" Almir Latipov, and representatives of the Center for Work Under Voltage addressed the participants with welcoming words and guidance.

      In his speech, Almir Latipov emphasized the importance of holding such competitions and thanked everyone present for their dedication to the profession: "We see that true energy professionals, whom we can always rely on, have gathered here. Every year, there are more of these professionals. We are indeed one team, working side by side to ensure the reliability of electricity supply throughout the republic. As the technical director, I want to emphasize: improving the reliability of networks and implementing new technologies are, among other things, your innovative ideas that are being brought to life. Special thanks to the Zainsk district, which has been hospitably hosting these competitions for many years. Every year, new teams join us, and this is encouraging."

      Two days of competition for the title of the best.

      After the ceremonial speeches, the competition flag was raised. The honor of raising it was given to the team that won the previous competition. Then all participants proceeded to the testing ground, where specialized sites for practical stages had already been prepared for them. Ahead of the contestants are two days of intense work, where they will need to demonstrate not only speed and agility but also deep theoretical knowledge and the ability to work as a team.

      Who will become the holder of the title of the Best Team of Electricians of Distribution Electric Networks among contracting organizations in 2026 will be known very soon. But the main thing is that such events not only elevate the status of the profession but also make our networks more reliable, and the light in the homes of Tatarstan residents more stable.
