The story of Yulia Khabibullina turned caring for loved ones into a beloved endeavor

photo: Roza Ilaltdinova The main life motto of Zainsk resident Yulia Khabibullina is to do good with love, create products with positivity coming from the depths of the soul, and turn caring for loved ones into a cherished activity. Meet the culinary fairy who knows the secret to preparing delicious homemade food: quality, a pinch of love, and a huge motherly heart. Previously, we told the story of Fyodor and his mother’s battle with a serious illness. Since the age of five, the boy has been fighting a treacherous disease. Behind him are endless chemotherapy courses, trips to Kazan and Moscow, sleepless nights, hospital wards, and rehabilitation. But despite all the challenges he has overcome, Fyodor finds the strength to help others, learn with interest, achieve his goals, and build plans for the future. He has succeeded in his studies, plays the guitar, and takes care of the family turtle, Dunya. Most importantly, he has become a true support for his mother. Fyodor's next goal is to become a nurse. He already has the foundation and steps of life. It is the son's resilience and the mother's inner strength that inspire Yulia for new achievements — both in life and in her dream business. photo: Roza Ilaltdinova

      The first step

It all started with a simple everyday need. When the boy fell ill, the family's life turned into endless trips to hospitals. The road to Kazan, long procedures, late returns home... — "I faced the fact that after long trips, returning late at night, I really wanted something tasty and homemade. Warm, cozy, something that would warm not only the stomach but also the soul," recalls Yulia. To avoid standing at the stove after hard days, and simply take dumplings or manti out of the freezer to quickly prepare dinner, she began to gradually prepare semi-finished products. Initially for herself and her loved ones. It was then that the huge desire to create homemade products, which people needed, arose. Thus, step by step, the idea was born, which later grew into a small but very heartfelt business.

      "We want some too!"

As is often the case, the best projects are born not from a business plan but from the call of the heart. Yulia has a daughter — a primary school teacher who lives and works in Nizhnekamsk. The teacher hardly has time to cook, so her mother periodically sent her treats: dumplings with cottage cheese, manti, pelmeni, cutlets. — "And one day my daughter brought my semi-finished products to work and treated her colleagues. After trying them, they concluded that they also wanted to buy such products for themselves and their loved ones. Thus, unintentionally, I began to receive my first orders. After all, not everyone has the time and strength to cook, but everyone wants to feed their family with tasty, quality food." It turned out to be especially valuable that at the school where her daughter works, the majority of the students are Muslims, and it was important for people that the food was made from beef and chicken. Yulia accepted this request, and there were no problems. Thus, trust in her semi-finished products was established. photo: Roza Ilaltdinova

Cooking with soul — the law of success

      — "Yulia is an advocate of cooking only with quality products. 'A dish made with love cannot be confused with factory-made,' she is convinced. 'That is the secret of success.'

But she also has her little tricks. When making her products, our heroine applies her "special touches," which make the taste memorable and make you want to try it again. — "It is very important for me that the quality is at a high level," emphasizes Yulia. "First of all, so that people like the products, which they are not ashamed to feed their guests and their children."

      An army of helpers

Kitchen utensils and equipment are an integral part of creating the products: convenient molds for dumplings, special devices for syrniki, a dough roller, a reliable meat grinder, and other equipment. But there is also a special "technical control department" — a doll named Mashenka, who has her own story of acquisition. She always sits nearby and carefully observes the process, inspiring the hostess with new ideas. "She sits and thinks: what will my hostess do today, what will she invent?" — smiles Yulia. And, of course, the main helper is her son Fyodor. He helps his mother around the house, and together they are a true team. "What is the most delicious at mom's?" — we asked. "Everything," the boy smiled. "Syrniki, golubtsy, pelmeni." And he already knows how to cook the tastiest potatoes and scrambled eggs. Yulia has a culinary education and work experience in her specialty, and her medical book is all official. This guarantees that she is a true ace in her field. photo: Roza Ilaltdinova

      Culinary fairy

Yulia admits that she works only with positive emotions. Fyodor is currently in stable remission — and that is her greatest happiness. "When trouble came to our home, I never asked God 'why?'. I accepted it as a given. Since the Lord gave me this, He knew that I would cope. And we coped, we went through this difficult path. We are still in touch with those mothers, supporting each other, inquiring about how the children are doing." This experience taught her the main thing: food made with kindness and positivity heals not only the body but also the soul.

"Why not? If people like it, if they order — then I am bringing goodness into this world," she says. "Coming home and eating deliciously, homemade, with love and care — that is very important."

      Yulia's credo

Cooking can only be done with love. No rushing, no saving on products. Quality is above all, freshness is the law. Start small, think about storage, but most importantly — put your soul into every dish. Then people will feel it and will definitely return. And remember: the goodness you give through food will surely return to you. Today, Yulia's assortment includes pelmeni, manti, varenyky, chebureki, golubtsy, homemade noodles, chicken and beef cutlets, meatballs, and syrniki. Products made with love return gratitude, which becomes the foundation of life.
