       Last night, Tatarstan experienced a massive drone attack. According to local authorities, there are fatalities, injuries, and destruction. Mourning has been declared in the republic.

       This morning, August 10, the Republic of Tatarstan was subjected to a massive and coordinated attack by enemy unmanned aerial vehicles, resulting in human casualties and significant destruction, as specified by RBC. Nizhnekamsk Mayor Radmir Belyaev reported that the strikes hit both industrial infrastructure facilities and civilian buildings. He expressed deep and sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased. By the decision of the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, mourning has been officially declared in the region for the victims of this attack. The head of the republic immediately held an emergency operational meeting with the Prime Minister and all Deputy Prime Ministers, giving the government a series of urgent assignments, including providing all necessary and qualified medical assistance to the victims and promptly addressing the consequences of the raid. Multi-disciplinary teams of doctors from leading clinics in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny were urgently dispatched to Nizhnekamsk, which took the brunt of the attack, and the ambulance service was reinforced. Earlier, a threat of UAV attack had been declared over a vast territory of the republic, including Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga, Chistopol, Zainsk, Kazan, and Zelenodolsk. Currently, it has been lifted for most cities, but it remained in effect for Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk, and Bugulma for some time. Around three o'clock in the morning Moscow time, all airports in Tatarstan were forced to restrict flights. A decision was made to deploy an operational headquarters at the Nizhnekamsk hospital. A few days ago, it was reported that the average price of one liter of gasoline in Tatarstan as of August 3 showed the first decrease of the entire summer.
