      A native of Naberezhnye Chelny, sports master in taekwondo, builder, and blogger Bulat Ziastinov will participate in the new fourth season of the sports show "Titans" on TNT. 111 athletes from the country will undergo tests developed by artificial intelligence. Participants will test their strength, endurance, coordination, and ingenuity in the fight for 10 million rubles. "I wanted to join the project since the first season, but it turned out that I only got into the fourth. My audience, my subscribers literally pushed me to this: they constantly wrote asking me to go on 'Titans.' I thought it all over and realized that it was a great idea – an opportunity to test myself and see if I can compete with Olympic champions, record holders, and stars. This is a kind of challenge to myself. And I, as you know, 'without brakes,'" Ziastinov is quoted by the TNT press service. The athlete has been preparing for the show. "My goal is at least not to disgrace myself, as expectations from me are high: the tricks and exercises I do are not easy for everyone. I completely restructured my training process: added more crossfit, endurance exercises, and worked on weak areas, such as arms and fingers." The athlete shared memories of his homeland: "Most of my sports training took place in my native Naberezhnye Chelny. As a child, I would go to my older brother Ilnar in the village of Bolshoy Chekmak in the Muslyumovsky district during the summer holidays, as well as to the Aznakayevsky district. These two to three summer months were not only a resort for me but also work: we mowed hay, fished, built and sheathed the house, cleaned the barn. And it was not just a routine – there was always an element of competition: who is faster, who is better, who is higher. The one who did the best was the champ! Probably, like many, it is this competitive spirit instilled in childhood that will help me fight to the end in 'Titans.'" Among the participants from Tatarstan is also the winner of the Russian Marathon Cup, two-time winner of the Moscow Marathon, winner of the All-Russian Spartakiad, winner of the Amsterdam Half Marathon, and the fastest runner in crocs at distances of 10 km and half marathon, Iskander Yadgarov, who is from Gabishево, and athlete and model Ilya Romanov from Kazan.
